Return Policy

Return and Refund Policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by email to info@nouriabaya.de.

The refund will be made no later than 30 days from the day on which we received the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you chose when ordering.

Return conditions:

Please make sure that the goods have the following characteristics to be eligible for return:

• The goods were purchased within the last 14 days;
• The goods are in the original packaging.

Return of goods is excluded in the following cases:

• When delivering goods that have been manufactured to customer specifications;
• When delivering goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse to take back goods that do not meet the return conditions listed above or that cannot be returned.

If there are any defects on our part, we will be happy to exchange the product for another one. In the event of an exchange due to defects on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

Return of goods:

In the event of a return of goods, the buyer assumes the costs and risk of the return. Please send the goods to the following address:

We accept no liability for goods that are damaged or lost during return. We recommend that you use a postal service that offers insurance on the value of the goods and provides proof of postage. No refund can be made without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the goods. The gift voucher will be sent to you as soon as the returned product has been received.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver shipped the order to give it to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
