Order

- What payment options are there?
The following payment methods are available: Klarna invoice, Klarna Sofort, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, gift card

Shipment

- When will my order be shipped?
DHL Germany : We ensure that your shipment leaves our warehouse within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
DHL Express (Germany only) : If you place your order by 2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, your package will reach you the next day.
- How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders are shipped via DHL standard shipping and take 2-4 working days within Germany.
For express shipping, the delivery time is 1-2 working days within Germany.

All orders outside Germany take 2-8 working days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Please note that shipment tracking is usually only valid at DHL from 6 p.m. on the day of shipment.
- How much are the shipping costs?

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

  • We calculate the shipping costs at €4.99 per order up to 2kg.
  • Express shipping is €14.00 per order up to 2kg.

Deliveries in European Union:

  • We calculate shipping costs to the European Union at €13.99 per order up to 2kg.

International deliveries:

  • We calculate international shipping costs at €26.90 per order up to 5kg.

These prices apply to delivery up to the specified weight. Shipping price may change as more items are added. The price will be updated at checkout.

- In which countries does delivery take place?
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Turkey, United Kingdom.

Return

- How long do I have to cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been shipped, the order can be canceled. Please send us an email to info@nouriabaya.com with the following information:

- Full name
- Order number
- Items to be returned

Cancellation after shipping is no longer possible.
- How long do I have to initiate a return?
We offer our customers a 14-day return policy as long as it complies with our return policy. These count from the day on which the customer receives their order.
- How do I proceed with a return?
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

We will then answer your request immediately.
- What is to be considered?
All abaya are thoroughly checked before shipping. We assume no liability for any subsequent damage.
We would like to point out that testing and trying out the goods is permitted, as is possible and usual in a store (carpet, clean surface).
Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition including its original packaging and all accessories.
- Who pays for the return?
The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
- When will I receive the refund?
Please return the item to us as described above. As soon as your return has arrived, it will usually be processed on the same day, or at the latest on the next working day. If you have noted that you would like the purchase amount to be refunded, it will be refunded immediately after the item has been checked for the respective payment method.
